Feature  of Fiber Glass Epoxy Impregnation Line
 1. Adopt such heating way through radiation  from hot oil board coating by imported far infrared and electrical heating  boards. Temperature is controlled from left, middle and right aspects. It is a  good way to shorten the gel time less than or same as 2.5S. and the surface of  PP is smooth, no impurity and no bubble.
 2. High controlling precision of metering  roll. Movement precision is less than or equal with 0.002mm. and linear  precision is less than or equal with 0.001mm/m. the tolerance range of  impregnated prepreg can reach international standard.
 3. The whole line adopts closed-loop servo  control system, multi-points tension controls, which makes the tension of the  whole line less than ±3N. And the line can stably and consecutively impregnate  and dry the thin cloth such as 1080 etc..
 Remark: we can also design and manufacture it according to the user’s  specific requirements such as the working width, the number of dryers and the  working speed etc.
