When selecting a heavy-duty floor laminator, many requirements are determined by factors such as vacuum degree, temperature uniformity, and pressure adjustment function, but the heavy floor The plate type is determined by the area of the heating plate of the laminator.

 

Therefore, the first factor to consider when choosing a heavy duty duty flooring lamination press is the laminator area. To choose an area with strong compatibility, consider the way of opening the lid, appearance, etc., as much as possible with one machine. After the selection is completed, the installation and commissioning will be carried out under the guidance of the manufacturer and the normal production will be used.

 

Before the heavy-duty floor laminator enters the working state, a self-test is required. The specific operating procedure is to press the vacuum pump open button first, and then check the process parameters of the equipment one by one; whether the temperature reaches the set value -; the working status is automatic or Manual, to set the automatic state; vacuum pump is short of oil and so on.

 

Then, in the heavy floor laminator, the lamination assembly was placed, and the vacuum was checked after the lid was closed; then, the assembly was taken out for inspection. The heavy-duty floor laminator can enter normal working conditions while ensuring that all processes are normal.

 

Since the use of heavy- duty flooring lamination press has such strict requirements, its downtime is relatively simple, as long as all power supplies are shut off. However, to ensure that it is not mishandled by non-operators, emergency buttons must be included in the shutdown range.

 

If the heavy-duty floor laminator has been parked for a period of time, it is necessary to start the process according to the normal procedure, but do not put the material first. Instead, the empty machine runs two cycles, and the water vapor absorbed in the machine is removed before it can be used normally.
